Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A 50% fee will be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.

Insurance Policy

We are out-of-network providers and do not bill insurance. We can provide you with a *Superbill for your convenience if requested. A Superbill is an invoice using standardized codes for treatments received, which you can submit directly to your PPO-type insurance plan, Flexible Spending Account, or Health Spending Account for reimbursement.

*Please note that reimbursement is based upon your out-of-network benefits and is not guaranteed. Fertility and cosmetic acupuncture is not covered on any insurance plan in the state of California at this time.
