I’m an integrative acupuncturist and women’s health specialist on a mission to help women reconnect with their cyclical nature to understand their unique bodies and rhythms better.
My own journey with digestive and hormone imbalances led me to acupuncture school, and I now specialize in helping women and couples optimize their fertility, help balance hormones, regulate stress and anxiety, and optimize mind-body health and well-being. I have a special interest in the mind-body connection, integrative treatment approaches, and empowering patients with tools and resources to extend each treatment at home.
I used to struggle with days of high stress, irritability, bloating, and painful periods. Now my PMS is very minimal, my periods are regular, practically pain-free, and the easiest they've ever been!
